Health Guarantee for Let-R-Buck Miniature Schnauzers

 

A deposit in the amount of $100 is required to hold the puppy of your choice. The outstanding balance shall be paid in cash, before the purchaser obtains possession of the puppy.

Balance must be paid in cash or via PayPal, no checks. 

There are no refunds on deposits. This deposit signifies intent on the behalf of the purchaser to follow through with the purchase transaction of the puppy. Seller reserves the right to void this transaction. If some tragic accident were to happen, and the puppy should die before it goes home, by all means we would return the deposit to you, unless you wanted to apply it to another puppy, if one is available.

We give a one year Health Guarantee from date of purchase against life threatening congenital defects that causes a death of the puppy. If the puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening congenital defect that causes the death of the puppy in this time frame of one year from date of purchase, the seller will replace the puppy with another puppy, free of charge, when available, as long as the seller is still in business of raising puppies.

We do not give refunds on a puppy or shipping cost. We do not guarantee the puppy’s size at adult age. We do not guarantee the color will not change as the puppy matures. We do not guarantee if a buyer decides to breed this dog that he/she will produce offspring, nor do we guarantee the quality of the offspring.

 Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping cost on a puppy replacement. The buyer must notify the seller of the congenital defect within 2 days of the veterinarians diagnosing and have 2 stated letterhead reports from 2 unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and date of exam. Within this one year time frame, if puppy dies, the buyer will pay to have the dog autopsied as to the reason of death. The life threatening congenital defects are like kidney, liver, heart, and pancreas defects. This guarantee does not cover what is considered normal, non-life-threatening problems, such as undescended testicles, loose hips, grade 1 or grade 2 luxating patella, hernias, over or under bites, cherry eye, elongated soft palate, hypoglycemia; corona virus, coccidia, or giardia, since these parasites can be picked up almost anywhere and vaccines will not protect from them. This guarantee does not cover against Parvo after 72 hours of arrival. Certain disorders caused by environmental factors such as allergies, thyroid dysfunction, autoimmune disorders, mange, or the result of an injury are not covered. Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses to occur for surgery, diagnosing, repair, or treat with medications of any kind after receiving the puppy. This is the buyer’s responsibility.

The buyer will have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery or purchase date to make sure all is well. For this guarantee to be valid the buyer must complete the follow-up vaccinations and wormings at the correct time to protect the health of the puppy. Do not expose the puppy in any areas where sick or unhealthy animals exist.

This guarantee is valid only to the original buyer or owner. This guarantee can not be passed on to a new owner if the puppy or dog is resold, transferred, or given away.

All puppies are vet checked by our licensed veterinarian prior to delivery and are guaranteed to be in good health at this time.
